Eligibility
Your account must be operated only by you, in a supported region of Pakistan, and in accordance with local law. Accounts found to be shared or operated outside supported regions are subject to immediate suspension under Section 2.
Deposits
All deposits processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast are subject to the transaction confirmation rules in Section 4. Unconfirmed deposits must be reported within 48 hours with a transaction reference number.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are released to the same payment rail used for the original deposit. Identity verification is required before a first withdrawal is processed; this is a one-time step tied to your account, not to each transaction.
Account Conduct
Attempting to manipulate platform mechanics, using automated tools on your account, or providing false identity information are each grounds for permanent suspension as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.
Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Registered accounts receive notification via the email address on file. The updated Terms take effect 7 days after notification unless the change is required immediately by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to your supported region in Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process is referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
